The process of producing plastic film by extruding molten resin into continuous tube is extremely simple. The elements of the process include plastic pellets (resin) which feed through the hopper into an opening on the back of an extruder. Here, heat and friction from the screw and barrel inside of the extruder convert the pellets to a melt which are forced through an annular, or ring-shaped, die to form a tube.
The tube is inflated to increase its diameter and decrease the film gauge, and at the same time is drawn away from the die, also to decrease its gauge. The bubble is flattened by collapsing frames, drawn through nip rolls, over idler rolls to a winder which produces the finished rolls of film.
The system is, in fact, one of the most complex and sensitive of all plastics processing technologies and it presents many inherent difficulties. It would be fair to say that few who fully understands those difficulties would ever enter the business except for the fact that there is a positive side to the picture. The tubular blown film process is efficient and economical, and can produce array of products from a light gauge, clear converter film to heavy gauge construction film, which when slit open may be 40 feet or more wide.
Conclusion is that you must maintain uniform roll diameters, weights and appearance that will indicate a consistency of product that can only enhance the film to the customer. Finally a proper roll and or package label will identify your good work so the customer can recognize it.

Specifications
The Pro genesis bows have a draw weight, which can easily be adjusted. The variation in draw weights extends from 15 to even 25 pounds. The eccentrics on these bows are made of Polish Aluminum and this helps lend the bows a very high end and flashy appearance. The large clearance area helps to main good center shots for archers. The special draw stop helps archers count and easily estimate the appropriate draw length needed. The riser of the Pro genesis bows comes with a 6061-T6 machined aluminum finish. The idler wheel is machined and the ProCam is made of polished aluminum. The composite limbs on these genesis bows can rival the toughest brands. The cable guard deserves special mention as it is made of stainless steel and coated with Teflon thereby lending it more durability and protection. The genesis bows from the Pro collection can easily span the diverse draw lengths making them great for usage by archers of all frames and sizes. The competition grips are molded and the parts have been tapped and drilled for accessories. The zero percentage let off design on the Pro genesis bows helps minimize draw length specifications. The axle length comes at a reasonable 36 inches. The Pro genesis bows are available in both right as well as left handed versions. There are two interesting feature choices in these bows namely Black with silver cams and the other is with the camo which will cost an additional 10 dollars.
Decorative risers
Another interesting highlight and feature of the Pro genesis bows is the presence of more decorative cutouts on the risers. The option of choosing chrome or red painted eccentrics makes the Pro genesis bows all the more attractive. The risers currently come in two colors namely camouflage along with black eccentrics and the other is a sleek black coating of powder with chrome or red painted eccentrics as an option. Along with the Pro kits of genesis bows you get Allen wrench included which can be used to change the position of the draw stops as needed. You can change positions ranging between 18.5 and 30 inches.

1999 4DR 4WD Blazer bought with ~6000 miles on it in 2000. Pretty much trouble-free since then, did have to replace one wheel bearing at ~60K and get the drivers door hinge repaired (under ext warranty).
