What would win in a race a Bearcat 570 or a Polaris xc 500?

I have a 2004 Bearcat 570 and one of my buds is geting a 1999 xc500 and of course like all kids we will do a drag race, I want to know witch one would win the 570 fan cooled and the 500 is liquid so what do you guys think?
