I have a 2005 sportster, i drained the primary chain fluid when i tried to remove clutch inspection cover the?

screws stripped out , can i fill it back up thru the primary chain inspection cover

Yes, just use a funnel and add the correct amount of fluid for your model!
With my sportster 1992 their was a screw above the drain plug that you removed and filled the primary until the fluid stopped draining out of the top hole, the primary was then considered filled.
Put overflow screw back in and ride.
