Here are some more information for Rail Helmet:

You love to ski or snowboard and want to share that experience with your family. Whether you have a ski girl or boarder boy, getting your child on the mountain can be a challenging but rewarding experience for any parent. My three children are all skiers and have experienced a combination of my personal instruction and ski school. I have a ski girl, and two ski boys. My oldest son has Down syndrome and the youngest is a future boarder (he's only six; the mountain says he's too young). Coaching them from the bunny hill to the black diamonds has given me lots of insight along the way, and I'm sharing it here as phases. Here is phase one.
Talk about skiing or snowboarding and why you love it.
Kids pick up on all of our emotions. Share your enthusiasm for snow sports with them. Talk about skiing or snowboarding at the dinner table or in the car while going by the local ski shop. Explain how it can be a fun sport for you to share together and how excited you are about them trying something new.
Try on the equipment at home.
Big, heavy ski boots can feel strange to a little one. Don't wait until you get to the mountain to put them on Susie for the first time. The ski lodge can be a busy, confusing place to a little person and adding strange equipment to the mix won't make for a positive situation. Head to your local shop and rent a pair of skis or a snowboard and a helmet for the weekend. It will be worth the twenty five dollars you will spend. Try the equipment on your child in the living room and put your equipment on too. Practice doing the "moon walk". Add the goggles and you'll have a giggle fest for sure; all adding to the notion that snow sports are fun.
Head out the backdoor or to a local sledding hill.
Sliding along on the snowboard or skis in the backyard will introduce the sensation of sliding on the snow. Add a gradual slope. This will take some parent muscle power since you will have to push them up the hill about fifteen feet, but it will give them a bit of distance while still enabling them to be in control. Try this for a few days, adding more distance to their "backyard run" thanks to the Daddy ski lift. Who knows, maybe the other kids in the neighborhood will want to try it too.
Talk about safety.
Taking responsibility for our safety is the number one rule to teach kids. No beginner is too young to learn mountain safety. Tell them to always be aware of others on the trail, and recognize when someone can't see you coming up on them. Explain that going too fast on the snow has the same consequences as going too fast on their bike, skateboard, or roller-blades- danger. Being in off-limits areas or closed trails can mean removal from the mountain and a day ruined for all. More importantly, being where we shouldn't has the potential for injury or getting lost. Know the mountain responsibility code! It's printed on every trail map and is posted throughout the mountain and in the lodge.
Keep your expectations low.
The only expectation for a beginner's day should be to have fun. Rare is the child who straps on a snowboard and is instantly carving up the mountain. Take a break, sit outside the lodge and enjoy the sun and music. There is so much to take in at a ski area, from watching the snow cats purr up and down the mountain to watching the hot doggers on the rail.
Rewards are important. Pack their favorite treat in your coat pocket to keep them motivated, and hot chocolate works well too. And above all, stay positive with words of praise and encouragement!
Try a small beginner ski hill.
Many smaller ski areas offer free lift tickets to children under six, an economical way to get your little one on a real hill for the first time.
Not all beginner slopes are created equal. Start out at the easiest bunny hill (not a green circle!) you can find. Have your child watch others get on the lift at the bunny hill before trying it themselves. Remind them of your first time getting on a lift! Many bunny slopes have Magic carpet lifts which are basically a conveyor belt covered with astro turf. Inching forward in the line, the ski tips are gently grabbed by the magic carpet and up the slope you go. If you can stand up you can use the magic carpet.
Start out early in the day when the area is less crowded. By midday things start to get a little backed up in every lift line, including the bunny hill. Standing in a lift line can make a kid cold and cranky as well as test your patience.
It's time for some terminology and technique. What do pizza and french fries have to do with snow sports? Read on to Getting Your Kids on Skis or a Snowboard Phase Two.

Tremblant in Canada
Tremblant is based in Canada and has over 90 runs servicing millions of skiers each year. With 13 state-of-the-art ski lifts and a selection of choices for both snowboarders and skiers Tremblant attained its reputation through daring, varied runs catering for a selection of abilities and preferences. With its longest run being 6km long, you cannot help but picture Tremblant as the skiing capital of Canada.
Tremblant has also recently had 18 acres of quality, freestyle snowboarding playground custom built. With jumps, rails, ramps and half-pipes those who are familiar with this should be sure to check it out should the visit. With 94 slaloms, the Tremblant management team have been sure to cater for all levels with 31 intermediate slopes, 17 slopes for novices and mountains worth of expert, countered terrain.
Standing 870 metres tall, and with snowboarding and skiing facilities on all four faces, it is no wonder the 628 acre facility is considered the home to Skiing in the area. The facility allows for natural snow between November and April however this does not set anyone back for the other months of the year. The revolutionary Avalanche system actually turns water into snow in an instant.
So how does the system work? In Tremblant there are 885 guns, that spray a cooling gassy chemical onto the snow and the coverage is able to not only turn water into snow in minutes, but also maintain organic snow forever. The amazing system ensures that the temperature is just right: not turning the snow to ice. The revolutionary system is also used to alter the temperature of snow for big events, however its main advantage is 365 day snow, for the people of Tremblant.
The Tremblant Lift system can carry over 27,000 snowboarders and skiers per hour, whilst the Gondola and quads also aid the in the massive effort of lifting millions of people up the mountain each day.
For those of you who get hungry there are also great accessible eateries available at the top of the 870 metre mountain. Whilst most holiday makers will experience the Tremblant as experienced skiers, there are also many options available to the beginners and intermediates choosing to visit Tremblant. With over 40 beginner slopes and over 50 multi-lingual skiing instructors you really have to visit Tremblant to understand its sheer scale. Learning to ski in Tremblant is not only a great idea because of the experience of the instructors, but also because your choices are not restricted at all.
During my first visit to Tremblant I was a keen skier but I had never had the opportunity to snowboard before. During my time in Tremblant I was taught how to snowboard in one day, and by the end of the vacation I was able to attempt challenging runs on the intermediate circuits. Although my experience in skiing was helpful, I felt a lot of this came down to the dexterity of the instructors.
The accommodation in Tremblant is amazing, with 6 hotels all with excellent service and offering amazing luxury to their guests. In a hotel, where you see amazing views onto the massive mountain, you also see firework displays that they put on for the tourists each evening. In case that puts you off, I was assured the fireworks do not make any noise, apart from at the weekends. The amazing Tremblant skiing resort has never hosted a large event, and is firmly known for its ability to cater for tourists, however that has not stopped it, in its quest to host the 2009 open. Having placed a bid, we can all wait and see if Tremblant is successful.
Ski Press Weekly voted Tremlant the best skiing facility for tourists in North America and this is hardly a surprise. With accessible pricing, a massive selection of runs and a lift that can carry over 25,000 people an hour it is hardly surprising.

Goggles Under Helmet?
It looks rad with your goggles under the helmet. You take out the padding wear a beanie and ur goggs then throw on the helmet.
So i know people do this cause it looks sweet and it does!
When i try it its soo uncomfortable tho. The plastic clip part on the back of the goggle strap digs into my head and hurts. I cant get the goggles to stay up either- after a while they fall down. Also i like riding rails and jibs without my goggles on and i kinda pull em down to my neck but after the terrain park its hard to get em backup on my face.
So how do i properly wear goggs under the helmet?
Yeah dude, I've never seen goggles under helmets before. It actually sounds kind of lame. Just wear them over your helmet.
