I was in Minas Gerais in the heart of Brazil when I saw my first Capoeira roda. Late afternoon, and a circle of ripped, athletic people swayed and sang and played instruments as two of their number circled and danced in their center. They wore nothing but loose white cotton pants, and within moments their bodies were slicked with sweat. It was beautiful, strange, mesmerizing, and I have to admit it looked absolutely exhausting. It was only their extreme physical condition that allowed them to spin faster than the eye could follow, to kick out and leap into head stands. As I walked away from the demonstration, I remember shaking my head and thinking: those people were RIPPED.
Which is why it's so exciting that Brett Hoebel's new extreme fitness program from called REV ABS features Afro-Brazilian Capoeira as a major component of its routines. When the slaves were brought from Africa to Brazil in the 15th century, they were forbidden to practice any martial art that might make them a danger to their owners. People sing, people clap, drums are played along with more traditional Brazilian instruments like the berimbau. The two contestants could be just dancing. But look closer. Leg sweeps, lunges, head kicks, elbows. If this is a dance, it's a deadly one.

16 Tips to Rev Up Your Metabolism

8. Scrap diet sodas and caffeine. In order to fight fatigue, you need to drink enough water. Drinking more and more water helps you lose weight, enhance fat burning, control appetite and clean your system.
9. If you go out to eat, eat only half of what you get. Most of the restaurants offer you twice as much as you need. Instead of a salad choose dressing on the side.

Ford fiesta diesel idles at full revs?
I running a 2001 Ford Fiesta 1.8tddi (UK). I have the following problem occasionaly while stopping in traffic the car will idle at almost full revs, If I turn off the ignition and restart the engine it will then idle at the normal speed, it is now stating to happen 2 or 3 times a day and will only get worse. Does anyone have any experience of this or can anyone suggest where to start. Thanks in advance.
